1. Who we are

Guess me Age ("the app") is published by Hanna Designers. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at appdev166@gmail.com.

2. Photos and the camera

• The app uses your camera (front or back) so you can take a photo, or lets you pick a photo from your gallery.
• The age guess is made by an AI model that runs entirely on your device. Photos are not sent to us or to anyone else for analysis.
• We do not save your photos. The image is kept in the phone's memory only while you look at the result.
• When you choose to share a result, the app creates a temporary image file in its private cache so the app you pick (for example a messaging app) can read it. This file is replaced the next time you share and can be removed by clearing the app's cache or uninstalling the app.
• We do not use photos to identify people, and we do not create or keep face templates or biometric identifiers.

3. Sharing

Sharing only happens when you tap an app in the "Share to friends" dialog. The image and message are then handled by the app you selected, under that app's own privacy policy. The shared message contains a link to the app on Google Play.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads using Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd). To deliver, measure and limit ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

• Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID and app set ID;
• IP address, which may be used to estimate your general (approximate) location;
• Information about your device and app, such as device model, operating system, language and app version;
• Ad interactions, such as ads shown and ads tapped, and diagnostic data (for example crash logs and performance).

This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is used according to Google's policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google Privacy Policy.

Consent: If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent using Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time with the "Ad privacy settings" link in the app.

Your choices: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your phone's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).

5. Google Play features

The app uses Google Play's in-app update and in-app review features. These are provided by Google Play on your device; we do not receive personal data from them. Reviews you choose to submit are public on Google Play and governed by Google's policies.

6. Permissions the app uses

• Camera – to take a photo inside the app. You can refuse and use the gallery instead.
• Internet and network state – only to load ads and for Google Play features. The face analysis works offline.

7. Data we collect

We (the developer) do not collect, store or sell any personal data. We do not run our own servers for this app and have no user accounts. The only data collection is done by Google AdMob as described in section 4.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and data was collected by our advertising partner, contact us and we will help you request deletion from Google.

9. Entertainment only

Age results are rough guesses for fun. They are often wrong and must not be used to verify anyone's age or to make any decision.

10. Security and retention

Because photos never leave your device and we do not store data, there is nothing for us to retain. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies. Data sent by the SDK is encrypted in transit.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
